Sensation White
Sensarion White is the biggest touring electronic music party in the world. The audiences range from 15 to 80 thousand people and they spaces are usually soccer fields. Sensation has been around for a long time and its success is amazing. The creative director for the show has been wanting to make the party more interactive, where people could change and affect the outcome in a simple and magical way. Twenty Zygotes were used for the 2009/10 tour of Sensation White in more than 20 locations worldwide, making the most experienced product so far in our portfolio.
2010 Vancouver Olympic Games Closing Ceremony
2 months before the ceremony Tangible was called to talk about the possibility of using the Zygote Interactive Balls for the closing ceremony. Being a Vancouver company and being invited to such thing was an incredible opportunity. Twenty Zygotes were released at the very end of the show as a way of creating a final splash.
The Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games lasted 17 days, 17 days of thrilling athletic competitions, amazing displays of sportsmanship and magical moments. The Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic selected Tangible’s Zygote for the closing ceremony. 3.5 billion Worldwide television viewers are estimated to have tuned into the Vancouver 2010 closing ceremony.

The Chemical Brothers are a British electronic music duo. Known for their live sets, they are pioneers of the beat electronic genre which achieved mainstream popularity in the 1990s.
Blue Man Group:
Blue Man Group is best known for its widely popular theatrical shows and concerts that combine music, comedy and multimedia theatrics to produce a totally unique form of entertainment. Currently, Blue Man Group theatrical shows can be seen in New York, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, Orlando, Berlin, and Zurich. Zygotes are being used on a permanent basis for the Tokyo show and starting in September for the US national tour.
Torino world Design Capital
New years eve for Torino was a key date, a time to remember. Torino was declared and celebrated being the World Design Capital for the year. Torino wanted to start with a splash in design and to create more interest in what was to come. Six Zygote interactive balls were released at midnight for the celebrating audience to play at a large piazza.

Where can Zygote be used?
Because Zygote is intuitively punched, squeezed and thrown, it demands a lot of space. Therefore, when used indoors, the venue must have a minimum of ten meter high ceilings.
Can Zygote be used outdoors?
Yes, the Zygote will add a an impressive level of interaction to any outdoor event. However, volunteers or staff will be needed to steer the balls away from unwanted areas and to retrieve the balls at the end of the performance. Zygotes should not be used when it is raining.
What does the Zygote package include?
The Zygote package includes a minimum of three Zygotes and a Tangible Interaction Technician.
How is Zygote installed?
Installation is done by a Tangible Interaction Technician. Storage room and a place to set up must be supplied one to two days before the event. Transportation, event access and two nights hotel accommodation must also be provided for the Technician.
How much Helium is needed for each Zygote?
Generally, 1.5 cubic meters of helium is needed to properly inflate each Zygote ball.
