Digital Gateway

Working with Switch United, Tangible created a 110' long interactive wall in an uninspiring corridor space under Robson Place in central Vancouver.

The Digital Gateway provided a canvas to showcase seventeen economic success stories from Western Canadian companies. As Commerce Centre visitors travelled through the hallway, 45 overhead Infra Red sensors tracked their movements triggering Flash animations on-screen. Fifteen short-throw projectors provided the visuals.

Film & TV composer, Terry Frewer scored an accompanying soundscape. The themed environment was fabricated by local exhibit specialists, 3DS.
